Celles-ci incluent des blocages et retards de transferts financiers, ainsi que des demandes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es de documents et de contr\u00f4les. L\u2019association indique \u00e9galement que certains transferts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendus pour des p\u00e9riodes variables sans justifications \u00e9crites des autorit\u00e9s concern\u00e9es, malgr\u00e9 une correspondance adress\u00e9e \u00e0 la Banque centrale de Tunisie rest\u00e9e sans r\u00e9ponse, selon le m\u00eame communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019association pr\u00e9cise avoir re\u00e7u en d\u00e9cembre 2024 une mise en demeure de la Pr\u00e9sidence du gouvernement portant sur la mise \u00e0 jour de documents li\u00e9s \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s, \u00e0 laquelle elle dit avoir r\u00e9pondu dans les d\u00e9lais impartis.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est rappel\u00e9 qu\u2019en octobre 2025, une suspension d\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019un mois avait \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9e, d\u00e9cision contest\u00e9e en justice. En janvier 2026, l\u2019association a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9e devant la brigade des crimes financiers complexes dans le cadre d\u2019une enqu\u00eate portant sur l\u2019ensemble de ses financements \u00e9trangers. Elle affirme avoir remis l\u2019ensemble des documents relatifs \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s et financements depuis sa cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al Khatt consid\u00e8re que ces mesures s\u2019inscrivent dans un contexte plus large marqu\u00e9 par une intensification des pressions sur plusieurs acteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des m\u00e9dias.
